Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account on Vera (app.truevibe.vera), the AI matchmaking app by TrueVibe, and what happens to your data afterwards.

From the app

1. Sign in, open your Profile, and tap Settings.
2. Scroll to Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email contact us from any address, with the phone number or display name on the account. We verify ownership before acting on the request.

What happens next

• You are signed out immediately, and the account can no longer sign in or be recovered with a password reset.
• Your profile and photos stop being visible to other users.
• Your profile, photos, personality interview, posts, chat requests, and the messages you sent are erased by an administrator. The short delay exists so an accidental deletion or a dispute can still be resolved.
• Kept afterwards: consent records for 6 years, as an audit trail we are required to hold, and server logs for 90 days.
