TrueVibe and Vera are developed and operated by The Emotional Math Lab Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.

These terms govern your use of TrueVibe. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

Eligibility

TrueVibe is for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet that age requirement. We may close accounts of users we discover to be under 18.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate another person or create fake profiles.
  • Harass, threaten, or send unsolicited sexual content to other users.
  • Use TrueVibe for commercial solicitation, scraping, or scams.
  • Upload illegal content or content you do not have rights to.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, RLS, identity verification, or other security measures.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules without warning where the breach is serious.

Identity verification

Identity verification is optional. If you choose to verify, we process your ID and selfie image once via an AI vision model in the United States (see the Privacy Policy). The images are not stored.

Content you post

You retain ownership of content you create on TrueVibe. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display that content as part of the service. You can delete your content at any time, and deleting your account removes it (subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy).

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We'll remove your data following the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

Disclaimers and liability

TrueVibe is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about whom you will or will not match with, or whether you will form a successful relationship. We're not liable for the conduct of other users on or off the platform — meet new people sensibly and meet for the first time in a public place.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of TrueVibe is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you haven't paid us anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll notify you and ask you to re-accept on your next sign-in.
